Well everyone we are here it's December and it's season. Things are cooling down and players are starting to arrive. However for our Board of Directors the year comes to an end. I would like to say that it has been an honor serving as President of STETA this year. I have enjoyed the challenges and appreciate all the help I have been given this year from everyone. This year we average 25 members per meeting not going below 20. I see that as a huge sucess and hope to see that continue and grow over the next few years. I would like to also thank all of our Vendors for their support this year. We could not have done it without you. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at this year's December Meeting to close out the year and elect a new Board and President to take over in January. Thanks again to everyone for your support and my family and I wish you a Happy Holiday and New Year.
As the temperatures start to change we are beginning to enter our season here in Southern Florida. October proved to be a great month with some excellent education on hybrids from Golf Ventures. I would like to thank them for putting on a great education seminar as well as providing a great meal. This year has been a great year for the association with many of our suppliers stepping up and offering not only great education but also sponsoring our meals, website and other STETA functions. I feel things have certainly progressed this year and we only have a month and a half left to go to finish it off. This month we will be meeting at Wesco Turf which always seems to give us a great turn out. This year we have averaged around 25 attendees per meeting and I say that is great to see the participation this year and the board much appreciates the membership backing our efforts with your attendance. The education this month will be from Club Car which should be a great program. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and have a great Thanksgiving.
